The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be in the same condition as you received it.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skin care products are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Products returned after the return period has expired

If you receive a product that is:
Damaged
Leaking
Expired
Incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
